Most of our jobs are priced according to the information that you give us over the phone or via message. If in the course of our work it becomes apparent that we will require more time to complete the work we will reach an agreement with you as to what further remuneration we as a business require for our service. That, or we will cut the appointment short, leaving your house clean and tidy. We reserve the right to charge a 25% deposit on larger jobs that go beyond your average sweep and service, to partially cover materials and time costs if you no longer want the work completed. We endeavour to work to the best of our professional ability, if you feel that we have not done so then please contact us and we will aim to find a solution that best suits all parties.

We will not be held responsible for the poor workmanship of others, and we are not obligated to rectify some of these issues by HETAS, if we do it is done out of our good will. These sorts of issues may require escalation to the original installer, HETAS, Building control, or trading standards.
